Before your helper set foot in your cozy home, you may start to ponder on ways that may best prepare for her anticipated arrival.

4. Fully handle my special or disabled child

Once she arrives, sit her down for a discussion, inform her your 3 primary priorities. Clearly explain that she needs to first concentrate on those within the first month into the job. And that the secondary errands will be gradually introduced.

This will somehow provide her some relief whilst coping with separation and adapting to the new environment.
